This is an exciting opportunity to join a company on the ground floor as we build and grow our portfolio in the region. About the
Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kingsland, GA. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth daily operations. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of work performed Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience (industrial, commercial, or residential) Basic , and HVAC systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus)

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
