• Demonstrate strong commitment to safety by following all environmental, PPE, and safety standards to support an injury-free workplace
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to improve reliability, efficiency, and uptime
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems and support production goals
• Maintain high housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and organized work environment
• Communicate work performed and equipment status clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Support quality outcomes by minimizing waste and contributing to production and performance goals
• Follow and interpret work instructions and maintenance schedules to complete planned work effectively
• Work in industrial conditions (hot, cold, humid, noisy environments) while maintaining focus on safety and quality
• Take ownership of work, operate with minimal supervision, and support training and development of teammates
• Perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, walking, pushing, twisting, stooping) with or without reasonable accommodation Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Experience troubleshooting conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and pumps
• Experience installing, aligning, repairing, and replacing industrial equipment
• Experience with fabrication, welding, and cutting torch
• Experience operating hoisting and lifting devices
• Experience troubleshooting bearings, chains, sprockets, and gearboxes
• Experience with precision alignment of motors and couplings
• Experience reading blueprints, technical drawings, or hydraulic schematics What Will Put You Ahead
• 2 or more years of Mechanical or technical training (e.g., vocational, military, or hands-on experience)
