Conduct detailed floor care procedures such as buffing, polishing, stripping, waxing, a to maintain optimal flooring appearance and longevity. Utilize specialized equipment for floor maintenance, ensuring surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to promote a secure work environment. Restock supplies and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and thoroughly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or environmental services settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to various flooring types including tile, vinyl, and hardwood. Experience with floor care equipment such as buffers, polishers Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines consistently. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads as needed.
