• Pay Rate:

• _The pay rate for this job is $15 - $20 / hour
• _ •What You'll Be Doing as a

Pool Technician:

• + •Water Chemistry Management•: Regularly test and adjust chemical levels, including sanitizers (chlorine/bromine), pH, total alkalinity, and calcium hardness to maintain sanitary water + •Equipment Maintenance & Repair•: Monitor, maintain, and repair pumps, filters, heaters, chemical feeders, and automated controllers + •Safety Compliance•: Ensure the facility meets local, state, and federal health regulations to prevent waterborne illnesses and accidents (e.

g., proper signage, safety equipment) +

• Cleaning and Sanitation
• : Vacuum pool floors, skim surfaces, brush walls, and clean tile/deck areas to remove debris +
• Record Keeping
• : Maintain accurate, updated logs of chemical readings, maintenance actions, and safety inspections for health department audits +
• Troubleshooting
• : Diagnose water quality issues (cloudy water, algae) and equipment failures, implementing effective solutions +
• Chemical Handling
• : Safely store, handle, and apply chemicals used in pool water treatment

• Available Shifts:

• Shift timings- 1st Shift (Day)

• Job Requirements:

• + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Prior experience with residential pool maintenance is a plus, but not required (training available) + Basic knowledge of pool systems and water chemistry preferred + Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods + Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) + Background check and drug screening required •Ready to take control of your work life?
