Shift:

1st Shift We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing production equipment in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be the primary maintenance expert onsite and help support future production line expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to equipment line calls and minimize downtime. Diagnose mechanical issues and repair manufacturing machinery. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment. Install, adjust, and maintain new machinery and automated systems. Troubleshoot high-speed automation equipment and production systems. Ensure equipment runs safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement efforts. Assist with future facility growth and production line buildouts.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Experience with high-speed automation equipment required. Knowledge of machinery installation and preventive maintenance programs. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency in a fast-paced setting.
