The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction techniques and the ability to work with power tools. As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of various types of fencing, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities Install various types of fencing, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and wrought iron. Operate power tools safely and effectively for cutting, assembling, and installing materials. Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials as required during installation. Prepare the site by clearing debris and ensuring a safe working environment. Utilize skills in masonry and concrete forming for setting fence posts securely. Assemble components accurately according to project specifications. Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in fence installation or related construction fields is preferred. Proficiency with power tools and hand tools commonly used in construction. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 85 pounds) as needed. Experience with welding is a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of masonry techniques is desirable for specific projects. Familiarity with concrete forming practices is beneficial. Skills in frame carpentry or hardscape installation are advantageous. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
