Job Description

Full Time:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, On-Call Weekend Rotation After Training (Typically 6 Months)
General Purpose:
The Service Technician I is responsible for assisting with the maintenance of common areas and residential units, as well as providing quality customer service.

Essential Duties:
Responsible for minor repairs in residential units, common areas, and mechanical areas. Grounds cleaning. Painting of residential units. Attends required education and training annually. Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
GED or High School Diploma. HVAC Required Minimum of five years of experience (stable job history preferred). Clear background check, drug test, and TB tests. Candidates must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and be available to work holidays and weekends.
Schedule:
8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. Weekend availability.

Roswell, GA 30075 (Required).
