Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to keep our environment safe, efficient, and comfortable. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of service we provide and the safety of our team members. We are looking for motivated professionals who thrive on problem-solving and take pride in their craftsmanship. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Conduct appliance repair and installation, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment to minimize downtime. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to facilitate accurate repairs and installations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure compliance with safety standards. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to resolve issues swiftly and prevent operational disruptions. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and appliance installation techniques. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in a commercial or industrial setting. Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Leadership qualities that support teamwork and continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
