In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and servicing air duct systems to ensure optimal air quality and system performance. Your expertise will help create safer indoor environments while providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of air duct systems to identify dust buildup, debris, and other contaminants Perform comprehensive cleaning of air ducts using specialized tools and equipment to remove dirt, dust, and allergens Utilize techniques such as vacuuming, brushing, and sanitizing to ensure ducts are free of obstructions and pollutants Assist with floor care tasks including buffing, sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain cleanliness standards in client facilities Support janitorial and custodial duties by maintaining cleanliness of work areas, including restrooms and common spaces Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to protect yourself and others from hazards Document service activities accurately and communicate findings or recommendations for system improvements Requirements Proven experience in cleaning services, including janitorial or custodial work within commercial or environmental settings Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with HVAC system components and air duct cleaning methods is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety standards Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including bending, lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces Join us today to help improve indoor air quality.
