Maintenance Person Masters Inn Tucker - 1.5 Tucker, GA Job Details Full-time $16 - $18 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Renovation Equipment repair Attention to detail Electrical maintenance Manual handling Full Job Description We are currently seeking a Hotel Maintenance/Handyman to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, hallways, lobby, and public areas. Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff. Repair furniture, fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, and lighting. Conduct preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities. Maintain heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems. Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical and plumbing issues. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building regulations. Keep maintenance records and complete work orders. Assist with renovations, installations, and emergency repairs when needed. ​
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented
