This role bridges technical expertise and customer service, as technicians frequently interact with hotel guests and coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to resolve issues seamlessly.

Guest Room Repairs :

Fix leaky faucets, clogged toilets, faulty lighting, squeaky doors, and electronic lock malfunctions.

Preventative Maintenance :

Perform routine inspections and service schedules on HVAC filters, PTAC units, and major appliances.

Facility Upkeep :

Patch drywall, touch up interior/exterior paint, fix broken tile, and repair carpets or furniture.

System Troubleshooting :

Diagnose issues within mechanical, electrical, automated controls, and plumbing systems.

Grounds & Exterior Care :

Maintain pool chemistry, clear walkways, organize trash areas, and manage basic landscaping or lighting.

Work Orders :

Respond to and complete/report back on work orders as they are called.

Safety & Compliance :

Adhere to OSHA standards, safely handle hazardous materials.

Guest Service :

Respond to guest requests with a polite, professional, and helpful demeanor.

Job Qualifications & Requirements Technical Skills :

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and basic HVAC systems.

Physical Ability :

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and bend, crawl, or work in tight spaces.

Required Availability :

Weekends, holidays, 7:30am-3:30pm shifts, 3pm-11pm shifts
