Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to serve as a technical expert for plant equipment. This role combines hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and work coordination in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems . Troubleshoot motors, controls, sensors, VFDs, relays, and 480V electrical systems . Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore production safely and efficiently. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime. Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings . Support equipment installations, upgrades, and production line improvements. Maintain accurate CMMS, maintenance, and PM records . Follow LOTO and electrical safety procedures . Coordinate with production, engineering, contractors, and maintenance teams. Plan and prioritize maintenance activities while completing hands-on repairs. Equipment Experience Experience with the following equipment is preferred: Mechanical power presses and coil feed lines CNC machining centers Laser cutting equipment Water jet cutting equipment Conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and bearings Industrial automation and control systems Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree or trade school training preferred. 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience , preferably in manufacturing. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and automation systems preferred. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices. Experience using CMMS software ; Eptura CMMS experience is preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
