Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pool Service Manager to lead our aquatic maintenance team and ensure the highest standards of pool care and safety. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate service schedules, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction. Your expertise in pool plumbing systems, mechanical systems, and water chemistry will be vital to delivering flawless service. Duties Manage daily pool service operations, including scheduling and supervising technicians to ensure timely and quality maintenance. Oversee the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems. Maintain proper chemical balance by handling water treatment chemicals responsibly and adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine pool cleaning, equipment repairs, and preventative maintenance to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency. Train team members on proper use of hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures related to pool maintenance and equipment repair. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to chemical handling, outdoor work conditions, and aquatic facility standards. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site visits while maintaining accurate logs of service activities. Skills Strong knowledge of pool plumbing systems, mechanical components, and water treatment processes. Experience with pool chemistry balancing, chemical agent handling, and water treatment chemical management. Proficiency in troubleshooting pool equipment issues and performing repairs using hand tools and power tools. Background in aquatic facility maintenance or similar outdoor work environments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly while adhering to all traffic laws. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a team in a fast-paced setting.
