Part-Time Airport Ground and Building Maintenance Tech

This position is responsible for necessary repairs and maintenance of buildings and grounds owned by the Airport Authority. 29 hours per week. Performs repairs on buildings such as painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry; Performs repairs on all Airport lighting and signage Cuts grass, spreads straw, uses blower and weed eaters, and washes truck; Completes work orders; reports status of work order to supervisor; Monitors on site contractors; Remains available to assist with afterhours emergencies; and Performs other assigned duties High school diploma in a course of study related to the occupational field; Two (2) years of related work experience; Or equivalent training, education, and/or experience; and Valid State of Georgia Driver's License.
