This role is essential for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, and general maintenance tasks. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks. Conduct routine inspections of grounds and facilities to identify maintenance needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all outdoor areas. Implement pest control measures as needed to protect plant health. Drywall, electrical, and recoat touch-ups in the common areas. Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects. Experience Proven experience in maintenance or horticulture is preferred. Familiarity with irrigation systems. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
