Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of pools and related equipment
- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment for any issues or malfunctions
- Repair or replace pool equipment as needed, such as pumps, filters, and heaters
- Test and balance pool chemicals to ensure proper water quality
- Vacuum and skim pools to remove debris and maintain cleanliness
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from pool owners
- Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred
