Position:

Senior Maintenance Technician Compensation:

Salary range starting at $60,000+ per year with the opportunity to increase dependent on knowledge and performance.

Job Summary:

Senior Maintenance Technician is a mechanical & technical position essential to ensuring all Price Enterprises, Inc. facilities run smoothly and efficiently by completing preventative & corrective maintenance duties while upholding the company's customer-driven and professional culture. Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical background & experience preferred. Responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of all High Volume Car Wash Facilities equipment and systems. Responsible for conducting maintenance inspections, monitor inventory, assemble mechanical components, and perform repairs as required. Be knowledgeable of the Car Wash chemical applications required for the operations of the facilities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Performs other duties as assigned. Must have excellent driving record. Working hours are commensurate with a 50-55 hour work week dictated by workload, repairs, and deadlines. Primarily, independent, evening schedule.

Preferred Qualifications :

OSHA 10 HR.

Certification First Aid Certification Forklift Operator Certification Familiarity of both
