Job Description
About Us Resource Rental Center is a locally owned and operated business serving the Council Bluffs/Omaha metro. We rent and service construction equipment for contractors across the region, and our temporary fencing division is one of our fastest-growing operations. We're a hands-on team that takes pride in showing up on time, working hard, and taking care of our customers and each other. The Role You'll be part of a crew delivering, installing, and removing temporary fencing for construction sites, events, and more. This is physical, outdoor work — you'll be on your feet, lifting panels, and working alongside a tight-knit crew. No fencing experience required; we'll train the right person. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license (required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather Reliable — shows up on time and ready to work Positive attitude and a team-first mindset Construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required CDL holders will receive higher starting pay What You'll Do Deliver, install, and remove temporary fence panels at job sites and events Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently Keep trucks, yard, and shop clean and organized Work as part of a crew under crew lead direction Pay & Benefits $17-$22/hr based on experience and fit Paid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance available Employee discount Room to grow — we promote from within Monday-Friday; weekend work is common during summer months and should be expected Candidates with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.
