High School diploma or equivalency

EXPERIENCE

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Must have good vision, hearing, and hand-eye coordination. Must be able to follow written work instructions. Must be able to multitask. Must be team-oriented and have good communication skills. Must have great attention to detail. Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis. Must be able to grip, push, and pull with 80lb strength on a regular basis. Must be able to generate 15lbs of pinch strength on occasion. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical including the ability to wear a respiratory mask when required. Must be able to perform elevated work on a regular basis. Must be able to stand on concrete up to 8 hours. Must be able to operate and be certified on a variety of powered industrial trucks and equipment. Must be able to follow all safety rules and wear all required personal protective equipment.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

Be able to follow work instructions and procedures Operation of specific vehicles (Case End loader, skid loader, tow motor and other utility Equipment) Assists other departments by effectively and efficiently keeping the flow of materials and assisting maintenance department as needed. Reading pH meters, calibrate gauges, and responsible handling of hazardous materials and hazardous waste through the direction of the Environmental and Safety department. Unload sand hoppers, and sand trucks, trash hoppers and cardboard hoppers Clean bathrooms, hallways, etc. Run sweeper equipment and floor care equipment Move items such as file cabinets, desks, etc. as needed Clean and perform preventive maintenance on sand mixers These job duties are not all inclusive.
