Maintenance Tech

• Job Summary:

• We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for maintaining the condition of our facilities and equipment. This individual will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make repairs as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a maintenance technician. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods. Ability to operate hand and power tools safely. Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good physical condition and strength to perform manual labor.

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance tasks. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Troubleshoot issues and make repairs as needed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall maintenance of the facilities. Keep accurate maintenance records.
