Job Description
Maintenance Mechanic Performs repairs on any equipment for buildings and grounds to ensure safe and effective operations. Responds to work orders and various requests to maintain efficient and effective workplace. Performs planned maintenance and inspections of equipment. Performs work on HVAC , plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and data communication equipment as needed. Assists with Lawn Care as needed Performs snow/ice removal duties to ensure the safety of our employees as well as our patients and visitors. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Maintenance supervisor.
