Job Description
About the Role We're hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a busy food manufacturing facility in northwest Iowa. You'll be keeping production equipment running at its best — handling everything from routine preventive maintenance to emergency breakdowns — and playing a direct role in keeping the plant compliant, safe, and productive. This is a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with both day and night shift options available. What You'll Be Doing Performing routine and preventive maintenance on processing and packaging equipment Responding to emergency/unscheduled mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs Setting up and preparing machinery for scheduled production runs Troubleshooting equipment faults across both electrical and mechanical systems Completing work orders and maintaining accurate maintenance records Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime Maintaining buildings and grounds as needed Adhering to
