Maintenance Job Type Part-time Description Who We Are:
INH Properties is a rapidly growing full-service real estate company that excels in property management and real estate development for multifamily apartment communities. INH Properties has been in business for over 40 years and currently manages 8,000+ units across Minnesota and Iowa.
What We're Looking For:
INH Properties is seeking a part-time, mid-level experienced Maintenance Technician that will take pride in making our apartment community a great place to live!
Job Responsibilities:
(Including but not limited to) When joining our team, you will play an important role by owning the following tasks: Miscellaneous Maintenance & Carpentry Grounds upkeep and snow removal Interior painting Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable Responding to work orders in a timely manner Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests Work as a team to ensure apartments are ready for all move-ins and maintain our communities to the highest standard All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents Cleaning/Maintaining common areas Requirements Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate): A high school diploma or equivalent A valid Driver's License Time Management skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Dry walling including painting and carpentry Working knowledge of plumbing Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures Preferred but not required: Experience in multi-family housing HVAC certification strongly preferred CPO Certified or willingness to get certified Chiller knowledge
Working Conditions:
