In this hands-on technical position, you'll troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize complex production systems using a mix of traditional craftsmanship and modern predictive technologies. You'll be a key contributor to minimizing downtime, driving continuous improvement, and supporting a culture of reliability and innovation in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Responsibilities Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on critical production equipment, including adhesive delivery systems, mix meters, high-speed packaging lines, and facility utilities. Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues with speed and precision. Lead root-cause analysis efforts and implement solutions that reduce downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and OEM documentation. Experience with CMMS systems, condition monitoring tools, and basic PLC troubleshooting is a plus. Proficient with computers (work orders, email, dashboards, and Office). Fork truck certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days) Self-motivated, reliable, and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset.
