The Predictive Maintenance Technician I is responsible for executing the plant's Predictive Maintenance program; including collection and analysis of vibration, ultra sound, and thermographic information for plant equipment and performing precision maintenance. The Predictive Maintenance Technician I helps ensure that all plant assets are operating at optimal levels to achieve the optimum equipment life. Collect, manage and analyze thermography data, vibration analysis data, and ultra-sonic analysis data. Generate reports for corrective actions based on thermography data, vibration analysis data and ultra-sonic analysis data. Educate maintenance technicians on predictive, preventive and precision maintenance techniques. Complete failure analysis procedures and documentation following equipment failures. Generate work orders for corrective action as needed. Understand and comply with all Quality Assurance policies, immediately reporting any potential food safety issues to management. The profile that shares this sense of contribution: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Specialized training in the mechanical/technical field, with an emphasis in Industrial Maintenance required. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
