This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and handling a variety of residential maintenance and repair projects. We are seeking candidates with general maintenance, repair, remodeling, or handyman experience who can work independently and take pride in quality workmanship.

Job Duties May Include:

Residential property maintenance and repairs Light plumbing work (toilet replacements, fixture repairs, etc.) Light electrical work (light fixture replacement, minor repairs) Patching and repairing drywall holes Interior and exterior painting Pulling and replacing carpet Flooring installation experience is a huge plus Deck repairs and minor framing/carpentry work General handyman projects and unit turnovers Landscaping and property cleanup Pulling weeds and spraying weeds Maintaining curb appeal of residential properties

Preferred Qualifications:

Handyman or maintenance technician experience Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge Carpentry, framing, or remodeling experience Flooring installation experience preferred Drywall repair and painting skills Ability to use hand and power tools safely Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Requirements:

Reliable transportation required Valid driver's license preferred Candidates with their own tools or most tools are highly encouraged to apply
