Paid Time Off and Sick Leave What You'll Do:

Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively. Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, from basic fixes to more complex projects. Install new equipment and appliances, ensuring everything is up to code and functioning perfectly. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations. Keep detailed logs of your work and communicate effectively with our team and clients. Be available for on-call emergency responses as needed.

What We're Looking For:

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work. Solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrical work (at least 2 years required). The ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential. A high school diploma or GED is required; a certification in building maintenance is a plus!
