4 Corners Property Management & Teton HOA Management Services is a rapidly growing, professional, customer-centric, and fast-paced property and HOA management company based in Rexburg, ID. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Maintenance Technician to join our team. Position Overview We are looking for 1-2 full time or part time dedicated Maintenance Technicians to start immediately. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and a structured schedule. The role involves performing general repairs and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties. Candidates must have a smartphone, their own tools, and reliable transportation. No formal education is required. Duties Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to wall repairs, paint touchups, replacement of blinds, doorknobs, and other fixtures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service skills Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check Salary Competitive salary based on experience, work ethic and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
