Are you a seasoned deck builder tired of seasonal lay-offs, inconsistent hours, or dealing with 1099 tax headaches? We are looking for experienced, professional Deck Builders to join our crew immediately. We maintain a full workload year-round, offering reliable, top-tier pay and steady work without gaps.

W2 employment with consistent paychecks—not 1099 subcontractor work.

Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in deck carpentry and custom outdoor structures.

Materials Expertise:

Strong working knowledge of pressure-treated wood, cedar, low-maintenance composite decking (Trex, TimberTech, etc.), and all standard/custom railing systems.

Awnings & Roofs:

Experience with awning construction and covered patio structures is strongly preferred.

Tools & Transport:

Must have your own full set of carpentry hand/power tools and reliable transportation to daily job sites.

Professionalism:

Strong attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and a dependable work ethic.

Pay:

$28.00 - $42.00 per hour
