Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of job sites, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are ready for installation projects Learn to measure, cut, and apply window films and graphics accurately according to project specifications Support experienced installers in handling hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Follow safety guidelines and procedures diligently to maintain a secure work environment on construction sites Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements and installation plans Participate in site inspections and quality checks to ensure installations meet company standards and client expectations Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly storing tools, materials, and debris throughout each project Requirements Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety practices Willingness to learn blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and technical installation techniques Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance Ability to work outdoors or on construction sites in various weather conditions Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Prior experience or knowledge in construction trades such as carpentry, glazing, or general remodeling is a plus but not required Knowledge of relevant skills such as glass installation, caulking, trimming carpentry, or working with schematics is advantageous Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks safely Embark on an exciting journey into the world of graphics and window film installation!
