Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - Aurora, IL Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves industrial maintenance on machinery with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems. The technician will work primarily on conveyor systems, motors, gear boxes, drives, and relays, and will troubleshoot PLCs up to 480v. Responsibilities Adhere to preventative maintenance schedules on a daily basis. Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment. Perform scheduled maintenance of equipment during service times. Troubleshoot corrugated equipment and finishing machines. Conduct stationary, repetitive tasks including troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. Handle hydraulics, pneumatic systems, low voltage applications, and mechanical work on all shop equipment and machines. Perform facilities maintenance as needed, including lighting and plumbing. Essential Skills 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical and electrical experience at a 75/25 ratio. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. Knowledge of machinery electrical drive systems. Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Why Work Here?
