  • What You'll Be Doing
  • As a
  • Maintenance Technician II
  • , you'll be a key player in keeping critical manufacturing and packaging operations running safely and efficiently.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
+ Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment + Troubleshooting electromechanical systems and equipment failures + Diagnosing and repairing packaging and filling equipment + Supporting equipment uptime, reliability, and production goals + Working with motors, drives, sensors, pneumatic systems, and industrial controls + Troubleshooting equipment including: + Fillers + Cappers + Labelers + Conveyors + Check Weighers + Case Erectors + Palletizers + Stretch Wrappers + Blenders + Scales + Reading and interpreting electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics + Utilizing electrical testing equipment including voltmeters, ammeters, meggers, and ohm meters + Completing PMs and documenting work orders in CMMS systems + Supporting continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives + Partnering with production teams to maximize efficiency and safety + Mentoring less experienced technicians and operators
  • Required Experience
  • These are mandatory qualifications and will be used for screening.
  • To be considered, candidates must have:
  • 5+ Years of Filling & Packaging Maintenance Experience
  • Experience supporting manufacturing equipment such as: + Fillers + Cappers + Labelers + Packaging lines + Conveyors + Case packers + Palletizers + Similar automated production equipment
  • 5+ Years of Electromechanical Troubleshooting Experience
  • Hands-on troubleshooting of industrial equipment operating within:
  • 24VDC to 480VAC systems
  • Including:
    + Motors and drives + Motor controls + Sensors + Pneumatic systems + Electrical troubleshooting + Industrial production equipment
  • Additional Requirements
  • + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent + Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics + Experience with AC/DC motors and drives + Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures + Understanding of Arc Flash and PPE requirements + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills + Ability to work independently and within a team environment + Must supply personal hand tools + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping •Highly Preferred (Not Required)•Candidates with any of the following backgrounds will stand out: + Food & Beverage Manufacturing + Dry Powder Filling Operations + PLC Troubleshooting and Diagnostics + Fabrication + Welding + Servo Motors and Motion Control Systems + GMP and HACCP Manufacturing Environments + SAP or CMMS Experience + Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement + Technical Training in Electrical, Hydraulic, or Pneumatic Systems + Spanish Language Skills •Why This Role Stands Out•This isn't a facility maintenance position.

  • Pay Details:
  • $36.
