Project Manager, Facility Engineering & Cleanroom Infrastructure Location:
Bradley, IL (100% Onsite)

$95-$115/hour Position Overview We are seeking a Project Manager to lead facility and infrastructure improvement projects within a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will manage projects involving cleanrooms, HVAC systems, material flows, personnel flows, environmental controls, facility modifications, and GMP compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead facility engineering and infrastructure projects. Manage engineering design reviews and contractor activities. Coordinate cleanroom and HVAC improvement initiatives. Support construction planning, execution, and turnover. Drive schedule development and project tracking. Manage project budgets, risks, and change controls. Support commissioning and qualification activities. Coordinate with Quality, Validation, Manufacturing, and Facilities teams. Ensure projects meet GMP and regulatory requirements. Provide routine status updates and reporting. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline. 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences experience. 7+ years of project management experience. Experience with cleanrooms and controlled environments. Experience managing facility modifications or capital projects. Strong knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments. Preferred Qualifications HVAC design or upgrade experience. Facility remediation experience. Material and personnel flow optimization experience. Aseptic manufacturing experience. Cleanroom classification knowledge. Engineering consulting or owner's representative experience. Commissioning and qualification support experience.
