Be part of a supportive, experienced, and bilingual team What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance and repair on a variety of high-tech manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly to reduce downtime Maintain and repair production line systems including fillers, cappers, conveyors, labelers, box makers, and more Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to find root causes and implement sustainable solutions Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, food, or industrial setting Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
