Maintenance Coordinator Zindars Property Property Management LLC is a fast-growing real estate development company. We are a fully licensed Illinois real estate company that offers brokerage, property management, and development services in east central Illinois. One division of our business handles property sales and leasing, rental maintenance, and turnovers. We have a second division that redevelops property including single family homes, apartments, and commercial retail locations. We primarily renovate distressed or value-added properties and restore them. We are looking for the right team members to join our organization. Full-Time Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple trades and hold a valid EPA certification. This role requires a proactive individual who can diagnose issues, complete repairs efficiently, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential/commercial properties Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA certification required) Handle basic electrical and plumbing repairs Complete minor remodeling tasks, including drywall, painting, and flooring Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition

Qualifications:

Valid EPA Certification (Required) Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance Experience with basic remodeling and property repairs Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions Strong attention to detail and time management skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in property management or facilities maintenance HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience General construction or renovation background Electrical experience
