This is an exciting opportunity to join a 35+ year company specializing in custom signage solutions, where you'll work hands-on with cranes, bucket trucks, illuminated signs, and a dependable team that values craftsmanship and communication. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sign Installer Foreman position include: 10+ years of sign installation experience, including illuminated signage, letters, cabinets, pylons, structures, and other interior/exterior signage Must have an active driver's license and Class C CDL license, with the ability to drive and operate crane/bucket equipment Lead installation and service crews while teaching, guiding, and coordinating daily field work Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently Take accurate field dimensions, determine equipment needs, and work safely at heights from ladders, baskets, and cranes Must have electrical sign installation knowledge and be licensed or willing to become licensed Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and work flexible hours, including occasional overtime or night work Strong communication skills, positive attitude, dependability, and ability to pass required background checks Salary :
$60,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits :
