Position Overview As an Automotive Service Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting service advisors and technicians, and maintaining efficient workflow throughout the department. The ideal candidate is organized, driven, and committed to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships Assist customers with vehicle service needs and communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally Oversee service department operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability Coordinate workflow between service advisors and technicians Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed throughout the service process Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety standards, and manufacturer procedures Support and motivate team members to achieve department goals
Requirements:
Qualifications 3 years previous automotive service management required Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient computer and technology skills High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Benefits and Compensation Kunes Auto Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: Compensation
