TECHNICIAN IN GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Glendale Heights. This individual will be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, troubleshooting experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $70,000 yearly Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full time schedule Located in Glendale Heights, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Maintain HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and building infrastructure Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records Collaborate with team members to support operational goalsIdentify and support process improvements to increase efficiency Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety, quality, and company policiesPerform additional duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Minimum 2 years of maintenance or related technical experience Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and extended shifts as needed Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for long periods Must be able to wear required PPE — (Salary range based on experience) —
