Job Description

Electro‑Mechanical Reliability Technician Join Dynamic Manufacturing and take ownership of equipment reliability in a fast-moving production environment.
Your mission is simple:
keep assets safe, efficient, and ready—every shift, every run.
Your impact Own preventive maintenance:
plan it, communicate it, and execute it across assigned facilities to reduce unplanned downtime. Install and commission production machinery, material-handling systems, and building services using hand and power tools. Troubleshoot emergencies quickly and accurately to restore operations. Perform scheduled maintenance to sustain peak performance and efficiency. Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Read and apply manuals, blueprints, schematics, and work orders; use advanced troubleshooting to solve root causes. Model safe work behaviors and ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements and company policies. Define complete specifications for custom tooling and equipment modifications and communicate them clearly. Request parts, tools, supplies, and equipment from approved vendors with management authorization. Where you'll make a difference Set up machinery for scheduled production runs so teams can hit their targets. Support the upkeep of facility utilities and systems. Share know-how and mentor entry-level maintenance technicians when needed. Capabilities and requirements Lift up to 75 lbs; stand up to 8 hours; sit, kneel, or crouch continuously for up to 2 hours. Use non‑powered tools precisely to tighten/loosen fasteners. Safely climb ladders and stairs. Skills that set you apart Advanced shop math; precise measurement and the ability to sketch custom parts and tools. Expert-level fault isolation across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Safe, effective use of powered and manual hand tools. Clear communication; able to read technical documentation and accurately maintain maintenance records and PM schedules. Valid Class C Driver's License (or equivalent). Advanced comprehension of equipment documentation and schematics.
