Shifts:

2nd, 2p-10p Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, working independently with full ownership of assigned tasks Handle mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs, fabrication, and equipment installation as a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic on the floor Minimize unscheduled downtime while maintaining a safe, compliant manufacturing environment Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, meeting all Mechanic I qualifications Strong technical skills across electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical repair, and fabrication/welding Comfortable operating shop equipment including mills, lathes, drill presses, band saws, and welders Experience with MP2 or an equivalent CMMS system, plus basic PC/keyboard proficiency Why PROMAN Staffing?
