+ Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment.
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
+ Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
+ Repair and replace motors, bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, valves, cylinders, and other machine components.
+ Troubleshoot electrical systems including controls, AC/DC circuits, and three-phase power.
+ Assist with PLC troubleshooting and automation-related equipment issues.
+ Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
+ Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed.
+ Complete work orders and maintenance documentation.
+ Partner with operators and production teams to maximize equipment reliability.
+ Support continuous improvement and plant efficiency initiatives. What We're Looking For + 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
+ Experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics.
+ Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
+ Experience with motors, conveyors, controls, gearboxes, and industrial machinery.
+ Basic PLC troubleshooting experience.
+ Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Bonus Experience
