We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - Level 2 to join our growing operation and keep our molding, automation, and robotic equipment running at peak performance. What You'll Do As a Maintenance Tech - Level 2, you'll be responsible for: Performing skilled maintenance and repairs on injection molding presses, automation systems, assembly equipment, and robotics. Completing preventive maintenance and equipment inspections to identify wear, unusual noises, and potential failures. Troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis to drive long-term solutions. Supporting facility maintenance and assisting with equipment installations. Maintaining accurate records of repairs, PMs, and parts usage in line with company standards. Assisting with training and mentoring junior team members to ensure safety and compliance with company procedures. Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and equipment reliability.

Requirements:

High school diploma required; Associate degree, Journeyman certification, or equivalent technical training preferred. 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes (certifications a plus). Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service mindset. Willingness to attend training and grow your skills. Personal basic tool set (specialized tools provided by the company). Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50lbs, crouch, kneel, and stand for extended periods (8-9) hours per shift). Work performed in a manufacturing environment with seasonal temperature changes. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required. Why Join Magenta Precision?
