Facilities Technician
•Manteno, IL Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the operational integrity of the facility.

Shift:
Monday through Friday, Saturdays as needed

•2:30 pm What's the Job? Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments on mechanical systems. Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including fixtures, pipes, and water heaters. Perform minor electrical repairs, such as replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems, including filters, coils, and thermostats. What's Needed? Ability to perform general maintenance and troubleshooting tasks effectively. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Strong attention to safety and compliance with regulations. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. What's in it for me?
