Job Description

Responsibilities will include:
- Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control system issues.
- Completing scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
- Maintaining maintenance records and documenting completed repairs.
- Working closely with production personnel to minimize disruptions and improve equipment reliability
- Assisting with additional maintenance projects and facility needs as assigned The Maintenance Technician is a 1st shift position, 5am
- 1:30pm, Monday
- Friday. Pay is $20.50/hour during training and increases to $24

- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Diesel Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, diesel repair, equipment maintenance, or a similar mechanical role
- Experience troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment preferred
