The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical experience, a familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics and have basic troubleshooting experience with proven ability of machine repair. What You Need to Succeed 2-3 years of experience troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems, including diagnosing issues down to the component level. Strong operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery, including: Motors (AC & DC) Servos Pumps (air and electric) Drives Relays 3‑phase power systems Communication devices Industrial/electronic control systems Power transmission systems Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot AC and DC drive systems. PLC troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, supported by strong practical mechanical and electrical aptitude. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Experience with basic 3‑phase motor control circuits, including installation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with sensors, limit switches, and common industrial electrical components. Understanding of bearings and power transmission equipment. Basic welding skills (preferred but not required). Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a mature, professional manner. Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime when needed. High school diploma or equivalent, with military training or technical school certification preferred.

The salary range for this position is $29.00-$43.00 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 10 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
