This is a full-time, hands on role for someone skilled in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance repair. Our ideal candidate is a well rounded organized professional who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and values being part of a close knit reliable crew. Responsibilities perform routine and emergency repairs across our property Handle carpentry tasks including drywall, doors, windows, and cabinetry address plumbing issues such as leaks or clogs and fixture installations. troubleshoot and repair basic electrical problems (lighting, outlets, etc) diagnose and fix appliances (washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators, etc) work with staff and residents to ensure maintenance needs are met Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents, prioritizing urgent issues. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of all facilities. keep maintenance logs and report on work done Experience Proven experience in apartment maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. Reliable, self motivated, and able to manage tasks independently Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills. Willingness to be part of a team that values trust, respect, and longevity.
