Experienced Handyman / Maintenance Tech Apartment Community | Competitive Pay | Flexible Hours We are currently seeking a skilled, reliable, and motivated Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and variety—no two days are the same. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of repairs and upkeep, ensuring apartments and common areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Required Skills & Experience Multiple years of hands-on maintenance experience (apartment, residential, or similar preferred) Modest Experience in most or all trades , including but not limited to: Plumbing Electrical (Minimal) Drywall & painting General repairs & troubleshooting Strong mechanical ability and excellent hands-on skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented HVAC experience Remodeling / renovation experience On-call / emergency maintenance availability once every 4-6 weeks Personal & Professional Qualities Professional and courteous when interacting with residents Strong communication skills Takes pride in quality work and problem-solving Dependable and trustworthy If you're someone who enjoys working with your hands, takes pride in a job well done, and wants a role that offers flexibility, competitive pay, and respect for your skills , we'd love to hear from you.
