About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource, ensuring the seamless operation of complex automated machinery. By leveraging your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, you will drive equipment reliability and minimize downtime to support high-volume production environments. Responsibilities Execute advanced troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) and precision servo motor assemblies. Analyze and resolve complex faults within PLC logic, VFD configurations, and high-voltage electrical distribution networks. Implement proactive preventive maintenance schedules to maximize the lifespan and efficiency of critical industrial assets. Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to identify root causes of equipment failure and implement long-term reliability improvements. Maintain precise digital records of all technical interventions and system modifications to ensure compliance with operational standards. Continuously refine your technical proficiency by staying current with emerging industrial automation technologies and best practices. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and repairing industrial automation hardware. Deep technical knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, specifically within Allen Bradley and Siemens ecosystems. Hands-on experience managing Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and complex servo motor control systems. Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and troubleshooting 120V to 480V power systems. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve mechanical and electrical problems in a fast-paced setting. Preferred Skills Technical degree or specialized certification in Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, or a related field. Previous experience maintaining conveyor systems and large-scale automated logistics infrastructure. Proven ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
