Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Rock Island, IL 61201 . We need a skilled, dependable maintenance professional who can start ASAP . If you have strong HVAC troubleshooting skills and multifamily maintenance experience, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work immediately. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems Complete resident work orders and service requests Perform preventative HVAC maintenance Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues Assist with apartment turns and make-ready work Maintain vacant units, common areas, and property systems Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Follow all property safety and maintenance procedures Requirements HVAC experience
REQUIRED
Must be able to start ASAP Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience strongly preferred Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment repairs
EPA/HVAC
certification is a strong plus Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and stay productive Strong work ethic and professional attitude Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and doesn't need extensive training. You should be comfortable diagnosing HVAC issues, completing work orders, handling general apartment maintenance, and keeping up with a busy property.
