As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing routine maintenance and repairs. If you have a knack for problem-solving and a passion for keeping things running efficiently, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure timely repairs. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime. Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
